Yoga, Qigong, Breathwork & Acupressure to dive into the spirit of Autumnal Balance and Winter Rest.
Building on the success of our four morning workshops last year, we are delighted to be offering two Seasonal Retreat Days in 2024. Set in a beautiful new location just outside Bath, join us as we take a deeper dive into the spirit of Autumnal Balance and Winter Rest.
Autumnal Balance will be held on Thursday 26th September and Winter Rest on Thursday 28th November.
We cannot wait to host these one-day retreats, allowing us to explore what it really means to embody the wisdom of the seasons. More information coming soon, including how to book via social media or to be first to hear, join our mailing list below. In the meantime, save the dates!

Jan trained in Hatha Yoga with Yoga Alliance 10 years ago & runs weekly classes, workshops & retreats from her rural Wiltshire studio.
She is passionate about creating transformative experiences for people, helping students to pause, to listen to & understand their bodies, to find space for body & mind and to live more in the present moment, weaving Yoga into every aspect of their lives. Jan incorporates flow, alignment principles, philosophy, breath & stillness into her practices, always with an element of light heartedness & fun!
